“The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. ”

“The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. “ Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows……

“We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. When I was bed ridden they gave my sister guidance on a show to see in the evening that turned out to be around the corner and was an……

“our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. She even went beyond what is normally expected, helping us with the next leg of our trip in China. highly, highly recommend the place, very clean, beautiful……
