“The first level room I had reserved was unavailable due to some electrical problems. I accepted a 2nd level room and appreciated the gentleman who brought my luggage to the room. He was very nice. The pool was to be closed and resort fee waived. The pool was serviced faster than management anticipated so they changed the policy and reinstated the resort fee. Guests were to be reimbursed for their lunch. I returned lunch receipt as instructed but it wasn’t taken off my bill. Dante’s dinner……

“To start with, they took a long time to give me a room, even though the hotel was practically empty. We had to change our own towels since there was no housekeeping service. To top it all off, they later called to charge me $500, claiming we had smoked in the room—which we hadn't. Just imagine smoking inside an air-conditioned room; that’s something you wouldn't even do in your own home. Besides, there wasn't even a sign indicating that smoking was prohibited in the hotel. It was a terrible……

“We had a wonderful stay Our room was spacious, well maintained and clean. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. It kept the room cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff from the time you checked in, to the restaurant, to the bar was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Definitely don’t miss out on having breakfast, lunch or dinner on site, the food was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

“This place had the charm of old Florida that is so hard to find in beach towns. The room was so fresh and clean. It had everything we needed ( stove, frig. cold air and a comfy bed) . We loved the ability to wash our clothes with the on site washer/dryer. They also had chairs, beach wagons, towels, and bikes for anyone to use that is staying! Pool was nice and very clean! I can’t say enough Great things about our stay!! Definitely definitely definitely would stay here again and would recommend……

“We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. After about 10 minutes I phoned the after hours emergency……
