“Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. The biggest concern was that a rat was living in the only grill, making it completely unusable (in addition to not having any gas) and raising sanitation concerns. “This property had impeccable landscaping on a beautiful canal with manatees daily and even a dolphin too! The screened lanai on both levels were so beneficial and made morning sunrise viewing such an enjoyable experience. The location cannot be beat! Daily walks to the beach were literally about 225 steps ( I counted) We were appreciative of the extra beach towels and chairs! We didn’t Find the cart and coolers until the day we wereLeaving but so much thought was certainly put in to providing……

“Home was clean, well stocked. Great "yard" with deck, ample seating for beautiful morning coffee. Kayaks were awesome to explore canals and see dolphins and manatees. The little town is safe for walking around. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Father’s Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The house features a large pool with a relaxing jacuzzi and a spacious lanai — perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather. One of our favorite parts was the waterfront view right in the backyard, where my dad was able to catch some fish. It made for the perfect, peaceful scenery. Thank the Lord the weather held up and we didn’t get any……
