“Dawn was incredible. She reached out to us beforehand to make sure we got in safely and communicated with us the entire time. The property was in the heart of Santa Monica, within walking distance to many of the activities we were planning. Excellent property and host.”

It rained, so we didn’t get a chance to ride the bikes, but we want to go back so we can. Views from the living areas are just beautiful. Great place, very nice host!”

“Decorated up for Christmas this was a wonderful place in Santa Barbara. Mark has thought of everything there's nothing missing and I noticed how sharp the kitchen knives were - thats great attention to detail. Location is hard to beat with Vons just 3 minutes away. Cute little bakery by Vons btw. House is right off a fairly busy road but honestly we didn't hear anything. Loved it!”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The home is fabulous. Had a great kitchen with Wolf stove, two sinks, 2 dishwasher and well equipped kitchen. We enjoy the view, large patio and ping pong table.”

“Short drive to hikes and good restaurants. Nice view while eating breakfast at the house, and had a great breakfast at the Summerland Beach Cafe which is a short walk. If you make coffee, use the Krups over the Mr. Coffee which is very slow. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!”
