「The bed was great in the Jacuzzi suite! The Jacuzzi tub in the room was amazing, we wish we could have taken it with us. The front desk staff was helpful and easy to work with. The only issues we had was the Wi-Fi was spotty and cut in and out on us so we weren't able to use some of the things we brought with us. They should add more Wi-Fi extenders to better cover the whole property. If your getting a Jacuzzi suite you need to know they are all on the second floor, my wife has some fatigue...

「My family—including two young children and a senior over 70—was forced
to leave the hotel due to severe health hazards and unacceptable room
conditions. Below is a summary of what occurred:
Uninhabitable Room Condition:
The bathtub drain in room 111 was completely clogged. After attempting
to clear it using the in-room plunger for over an hour, the situation
worsened. The bathroom floor was flooded with standing water, and
black, foul-smelling sewage containing hair and toilet paper...
