"Die Besitzer empfingen uns sehr freundlich. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig gebaut. Die Kombination von Ess- und Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und bietet sehr viel Platz für viele Personen. Man kann einen Großteil der Fensterfront öffnen und hat ca. 6m Durchgang in den sehr schönen Garten. Der Ausblick ist herausragend. "The house was spotless and a good location to get on highway. It was near the airport and could hear planes landing and taking off but did not hear planes after 11 p m. The owner lives in lower level and was very nice but did not speak much English and I do not speak Portuguese so checking in was a little complicated. I liked the location it was not as busy as Funchal and overlooked the mountains. The island is spectacular and would definitely recommend a stay on this island. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club. We received a warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We had a lovely room with everything we needed. The pool in the sea is unique, and the food was excellent. We were even offered a shuttle service without having to ask. I highly recommend the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club to everyone, and it will definitely be my first choice again on my next visit to Madeira. Thank you for the wonderful experience."

"Room was dated but clean. Indoor pool was useful. Can't swim at the beach because there no beach, very rocky and waves were pretty rough, but nice to have waterfront view. Very accessible to funchal by bus. Bus stop was just a block away. Font desk were not too helpful interms of going out of their way looking for excursions outside of their tour partners. Beach towels were controlled, first sets are free, if need clean ones there are extra fees and must return the towels to front desk to avoid fees. Cannot leave it in the room. Breakfast was good. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."
