Sicuramente consigliabile

Accoglienza veramente cordiale, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, l'appartamento è veramente confortevole, pulito, ordinato, completamente attrezzato e funzionale per un soggiorno piacevole in un contesto tranquillo di buona qualità. Grazie.

Caro Andrea Pacini Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole, con un ottimo servizio e disponibilità, sia da te Andrea che dal personale del ristorante! Vorremmo consigliare il posto ad altri. Una buona cosa sarebbe che c'era una macchina da caffè elettrica nell'appartamento. Grazie mille per la disponibilità che è stata data all'inizio della nostra vacanza perché abbiamo dovuto rimanere per due giorni prima dell'inizio del noleggio. Cordiali saluti Birgit & Niels

Nette Unterkunft.

Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Bei Ankunft stand ein gefüllter Korb mit Lebensmitteln auf dem Tisch. Allerdings finden wir, dass die Wohnung für 4 Personen zu klein ist. Selbst für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder wird es eng. Die Wohnung ist nicht klimatisiert und die Nächte sind auch sehr warm. Ein Auto ist dringend notwendig. Der Pool, der zur Mitbenutzung ist, ist auch ganz schön und Liegen sind immer verfügbar. Nachts ist es allerdings sehr laut und da man nur bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann hat uns das schon extrem genervt. Spielende Kinder noch um Mitternacht. Also wen die abgelegene Lage, die heißen Nächte und der abendliche Lärm nicht stört, der hat hier eine nette Unterkunft mit einem hilfsbereiten Vermieter.

Posizione ottimale

L'appartamento é molto carino e ben arredato. Roberto e Andrea sono estremamente ospitali e forniscono tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. É il posto ideale per visitare la Toscana sia che si voglia andare al mare che nelle città d'arte. Siamo stati meravigliosamente, peccato sia durato solo una settimana!

Schöne Ferienwohnung und Ferienort

Unsere Wohnung mit Küche und Bad war in einem guten Zustand. Alle Geräte und sanitäre Anlagen waren voll funktionstüchtig. Besonders komfortabel waren die vielen Extras wie z.B. Bügeleisen, Wäschetrockner,WLAN, Fernsehapparat, Kühlschrank Geschirr, Badetücher, Strandtücher. Die Gastgeber empfingen uns sehr freundlich und überraschten uns bei der Ankunft mit schönen Aufmerksamkeiten. Sie schenkten uns einen Korb mit Brot, Gemüse, Obst, eine kleine Flasche Olivenöl und eine Flasche Hauswein. Auch an anderen Kleinigkeiten wie Seife und Klopapier wurde nicht gespart. Wöchentlich wurde die Bettlagen und Tücher gewechselt. Insgesamt fühlte wir uns in der gepflegten Anlage sehr wohl und sicher. Die Gastgeber waren aber jederzeit erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Danke für die schöne Aufenthalt.

Perfect landscape view in

A very nice apartment with a nice view from the living room, every nice area with pool and ping pong table. Very nice beaches near by. We have a very nice week 4 persons, from Denmark, The restaurant have a nice menu cart and nice vines .....

Cordialità e tranquillità, personale davvero molto disponibile

Esperienza davvero unica, proprietari davvero cordiali e disponibili, attenti alle esigenze di ogni famiglia (io gravida al 7 mese, particolare attenzione nei miei riguardi e mi è stato proposto un appartamento più adatto alla mia situazione) Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza in famiglia. Anche la piscina senza chiusura in pausa pranzo è adatta a grandi e piccoli. Ottimo anche il ristorante del villaggio, prezzi nella media ma ne vale la pena, pietanze curate e squisite. Adatta alle famiglie, in vicinanza si trovano città e centri culturali per chi vuole una vacanza conoscitiva e allo stesso tempo in 15-20 minuti si raggiungono le spiagge vicine (Vada spiaggia sabbiosa adatta ai bambini). Centri commerciali con prezzi modici in vicinanza (COOP e CONAD).

BELLISSIMA VACANZA

Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza anche grazie alla bella accoglienza ricevuta: appartamento pulito, lenzuola e biancheria bagno presenti in quantità sufficiente e generi di prima necessità già a nostra disposizione in appartamento. Il Gestore è gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Bel panorama e piscina in ottime condizioni. Ristorante con specialità di terra e di mare, ottimo anche per piatti di asporto.

Super séjour

in de heuvels op het Toscaanse platteland

Wij hebben een heerlijke zonovergoten week gehad op het Toscaanse platteland. Het was goed toeven op het terrein van het appartement. Een heerlijk zwembad en goed eten en drinken bij het restaurant. Het appartement is authentiek ingericht. De eigenaar is zeer aardig. We werden verwelkomt met producten uit de omgeving. In onze periode was het een zeer warme week. We misten daarom wel een ventilator. Gelukkig hebben we alle ramen kunnen open zetten met de luiken dicht, zodat het kon doortochten. Vanuit het appartement kijk je uit op het landschap van Toscane. We hebben geen last gehad van muggen. De eigenaar heeft allerlei anti-muggen stekkers in huis gehaald. Er zijn verschillende uitstappen te doen, zoals allerlei stadjes bezoeken, maar een dagje naar het strand is ook mogelijk. De winkeliers in het plaatselijke dorpje zijn zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten!

séjour agréable - très bon accueil

Appartement avec tout le confort, literies de bonne qualité , linge de lit, de toilette et même serviette de plage inclus Complexe touristique calme et bien situé pour visiter la toscane, non loin de la mer. Schöner wie auf den Bildern!!!

Wir waren das erste Mal als Familie in der Toskana und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Besonders was die Wohnung betrifft. Die Wohnung war definitiv schöner wie auf den Bildern. Die Anlage ist Topgepflegt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir waren 4 Personen 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 11 und 13. Wir würden zwar das nächste Mal eine größere Wohnung mieten aber definitiv auch bei der gleichen Familie. Die Familie war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben Handtücher, Strandtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt und sogar nach einer Woche gewechselt ohne Aufpreis. Danke nochmal alles!!!

Bell'appartamento in residence.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura l’ultima settimana di Giugno e ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio. L’appartamento era pulito e completo di quanto necessario per una famiglia di quattro persone (da preferire la zona del divano letto un po' più spaziosa). Il residence è ben tenuto e molto carino e con le piscine a disposizione ci ha permesso di passare una bella vacanza all’insegna della tranquillità e del relax. Con poca strada è comunque possibile raggiungere anche belle località in riva al mare. Consigliato.

Beau séjour et très bon rapport qualité prix

Bel appartement avec tout le confort. Vue splendide sur la campagne toscane et à distance raisonnable de plusieurs hauts lieu à visiter. Dommage qu' il n' y ai pas de balcon/terrasse.... un vrai "moins", ainsi que les bonnets de bain à la piscine :-( Sinon pas loin d' une plage de sable blanc (à Vada), et les pizzas à emporter sont bonnes.

ottima vacanza!

Che dire... Favoloso!! Appartamento in ottime condizioni, pulito, ben equipaggiato, spazioso e confortevole. Bella la piscina e ottimo il ristorante, non avremmo potuto chiedere di più! La nostra bimba di quasi tre anni si è divertita un sacco e anche noi. Il proprietario é gentile e disponibile e speriamo di poter tornare la prossima estate!

agréable séjour à la Pieve di Pomaia

Appartement très bien situé dans une belle région riche en histoire et en architecture. L'environnement de la location est très agréable avec une belle vue sur la campagne et un aperçu de la mer. L'appartement est bien équipé ;il ne manque rien. Vous pouvez profiter de la grande piscine bien équipée et apprécier, au restaurant de Roberto, ses excellentes pizzas, pâtes etc. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. Michele LOMBARD - superbe séjour

Appartement très bien situé dans une belle région riche en histoire et en architecture; il y a tout le confort. L'environnement de la location est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la campagne et un aperçu de la mer. Vous pourrez profiter de la grande piscine bien aménagée et apprécier au restaurant de Roberto d'excellentes pizzas, pâtes etc. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. Vous serez agréablement surpris.

Traumhafter Urlaub in der schönen Toskana

Wir sind noch immer ganz begeistert von dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Für zwei Personen ist diese Wohnung ideal. Es ist alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht und alles ist sehr sauber. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die schöne Toskana und bis zum Meer. Auch die ganze Anlage war wirklich wunderschön, mit Pool, vielen Liegen und ein gutes Restaurant. Wir können diese Ferienanlage bzw. diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Vermieter, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Gerne werden wir wieder einmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Carola und Günter

Quando ho visto sul sito questo residence gia' mi sembrava particolarmente bello,e devo dire che le foto rispecchiano veramente la bellezza del panorama e gli appartamenti arredati in stile arte povera sono dotati di tutti i confort. La posizione e' strategica per chi come me voleva sia vivere il mare ma anche visitare Torre di Pisa e piazza dei Miracoli ,Volterra ,San Giminiano. Nonostante abbia avuto problemi con la vettura (determinante per il mio itinerario)grazie ai consigli e suggerimenti dei proprietari e staff sono riuscita al meglio a godermi la vacanza. Non da meno è l'ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo credetemi. Se avete dubbi o chiarimenti non esitate a contattare i proprietari che con il loro garbo, tipico toscano, vi daranno quualsiasi informazione riguardo anche visite e curiosità del posto.Ideale per famiglie e vacanze relax. Che dire cordialità ,posizione strategica,accoglienza,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.....10 e lode!!!!!!

very good place

This is a very good and peacefull place. The appartment is well furnished, the view from the living room window is just amazing. Toscana is wonderfull by itself, and there are many places to visit around. The landlord (Mr Pacini) provided a very nice service and is very welcoming. I strongly recommend this place. 2 points that could be improved : - wireless is badly missing - swimming pool closes at 7PM in the evening, which is really too early.

Appartement met superuitzicht!

Een appartement met superuitzicht. We hebben uren alleen maar uit het raam gekeken, zo mooi is het ongerepte Toscaanse landschap. Het zwembad en huisje waren erg schoon, restaurant goede kaart met zeer redelijke prijzen. Alleen jammer dat het appartement op de bovenverdieping geen terras of balkon heeft, maar vanuit raam was ook het uitzicht super. Eigenaar erg servicegericht en spreekt goed engels. We zouden deze woning zeker aan anderen aanbevelen i.v.m. uitzicht en verzorgdheid zwembad, appartement en vakantieparkje. Tip om mee te nemen: klamboe en antimuggencreme.

STUPENDO

Sono stato una settimana con la mia famiglia in questo residence che io definisco un piccolo villaggio, i propietari e la cortesia della gente del posto stupenda, mi sono trovato benissimo, abbiamo visitato un po la toscana, lo cosiglio a tutti, specialmente quando aprite la finestra del residence mi sembra di stare in un quadro stupendo grazie a tutti anche a gabriel e leonardo due bimbi del posto simpaticissimi ciao
