Great place in a great location.

Just like described, excellent house in a very good location. Being a private beach is a plus to reduce the people around you. Close to some local restaurants and not too far to Destin. Will definitely stay here again.

Just what we imagined. We wanted a location directly on the beach with easy access. The house layout was perfect for our family. The kitchen had all the housewares that were needed to prepare and serve. Just need to remember the coffee filters next time. The kids enjoyed the shell hunting on the beach. Would definitely return but next time during a warmer month.

The location is wonderful and very private! The management company does an excellent job cleaning! Plenty of linens provided! The deck is huge but very little furniture. 👎 The furniture in the living room is very dirty and worn out! I did not let my family sit on it! It needs to go in a dumpster!

The furniture was comfortable.The managers responded very promptly when we had a problem with the door after a sudden storm.I appreciated the text messages, reminding us of garbage pick up times, and also checking to see if everything was OK. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Amazing location and view but…

This view and the location is pretty amazing, my only complaint would be the property had some minor damage around the house such as the door actuator (which broke off twice during our stay due to the holes in door being worn down and almost hit my one year old while he was crawling around), the shower handle, the broken window held together by duck tape, and the shower rod/hooks being rusty and worn down and one of the bathroom showers leaked all over the floor every time you used it. I know the property makes plenty of money off of it to replace these things. But with all that it was clean and in a prime spot on the beach. It has more pros than cons.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at the Wave Watcher beach home. It's a beautiful house right on the beach! The house was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of furniture in the living area and very comfortable. Nice that all bedrooms had private baths. Only things to bring to management's attention is that shower in the master bedroom with the turquoise/white lamps leaked onto the floor. Think the shower door threshold wasn't leveled and caused water to spill over onto the floor. We placed a rolled up towel to catch the water. Also TV in twin bedroom and TV in the queen room did not work. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Wave Watcher with three other couples and this house was perfect! We all had our own bathrooms and the house is very spacious and clean. We loved the huge deck space right there on the water. The only thing I would say for management would be to change the kitchen rugs and clean a couple of the family room chairs. The rugs are pretty worn out and the older chairs just need to be cleaned. Everything else was perfect! Management was great as well. They called the second day just to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. They also allowed us to keep luggage at their office on checkout day when a few of us had a flight that had been pushed back a few hours. It all worked out great and we would definitely recommend to others and will return again!

We were impressed that a representative called us the next day to check on things. We told her that there was no remote to the TV in one of the rooms, also the hose nozzle was broken when we got there. An hour later a service man arrive with the remote. We found out while he was there that the microwave oven wasn't working. He check it out and couldn't get it to work. An hour later he returned with a counter top Microwave. One negative comment, the shower doors didn't have any gaskets on the doors and they leaked on the floor which we had to wipe up after every shower. We compliment Vacation Haven for reacting so quick to the small problems. We would highly recommend this house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate. It's truly a gorgeous home in a beautiful location. The property was clean however, during the last two nights we had to take cold showers. The day before our checkout the hot water heater busted and maintenance quickly responded and had to shut off the water. Maintenance man stated there was nothing more he could do and that it was an owners issue. We had to leave our family vacation early and I was out the additional expense of providing hotel rooms for our family of 7. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and would never recommend this property. I also called to be reimbursed since we had to leave the property response. Terrible service.

Wonderful stay on the beach. We loved it. Property manager only a phone call away and always helpful. Would be nice to know more so could better plan/pack (toiletries provided, but it’s only tiny hotel size; Bring your own coffee and filters or keurig pods). Hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

You can’t beat waking up to these views every morning. Steps away from the beach. Location was great to local restaurants and grocery store. Very clean. Will def stay here again.
