「We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking...

「Very clean room, helpful professional staff. It was very lovely to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower and a good working hair dryer. Amazing food in the restaurant.」

Guests will find that the accommodations are meticulously maintained to ensure a comfortable stay. Each member of the staff is dedicated to providing warm and helpful service throughout your visit. It is truly a wonderful destination for those seeking both relaxation and a memorable atmosphere. We hope your time spent there is nothing short of delightful.」

「Such a lovely place to stay! The decor was beautiful. It was cozy, clean and had a stocked kitchen for light meals. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast basket at your door at 8am was such a treat. The only downfall was that we only booked one night lol. We will happily be booking another stay here in the future. Thank you so much!」
