「Great hotel in a great location. Finding the hotel using google maps is a challenge. Once you figure out parking it is easy(ask for guidance at front desk). Great breakfast buffet. Would definitely return.」

The staff were friendly, courteous, and always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was bright, airy, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Ponta Delgada.」

They also have a separate towel service for going to thermal pools or swimming in the ocean which is convenient.
