「My mother had a wonderful time during her stay there. She kept calling me and sending me pictures. She said she had a great time. Everything was nice, clean. Her only complaint was she was not allowed to check in a little bit early as some as our other family members who came after her. She felt she didn't get the same treatment when they were all there for the same event. She watched as the went to their rooms as she quietly waited in the lobby. It is what it is. She still had a wonderful time.」
