"River view “apartment” with balcony was an excellent room. Clean, spacious (for european standards) and very comfortable. Hotel had fantastic views of the river and bridge, and extremely easy to get to the city even though it’s not placed in the city center. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating whenever needed be. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Will be back if I find myself in Porto again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Torel Palace. The staff were lovely and very attentive, and our room was very comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. The library was nice and serves delicious pastries. The hotel also had a 10/10 breakfast. Thanks so much, would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent location right across from Se Cathedral and near everything (river, metro, etc). Rooms were very quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite spacious and the bed comfortable. The welcoming plate of fruits, egg custards and port was a nice surprise."

"We really enjoyed our stay at “ the palace” Wonderful location in old town. Fantastic room! Super clean, comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with clothes washer and dishwasher. If only the weather had been better we would have totally enjoyed the garden we could access right from the room. The included breakfast was in a cosy little room with a family like atmosphere. Highly recommend."
