“Great location. Beach was amazing. Restaurant was really good. Snorkeling was excellent. Room was okay. Would stay again. ”

“The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can……

“The view is incredible. That is the last of my compliments. Hot water ran out after about 6 minutes. The power on the island went out almost every night which is terrible for someone who has to use a CPAP to sleep. It seemed as though all of the units around us had generators. If we had one it was never brought to our attention. We had no way to exit the compound because the gate would only open from the outside. This could be an issue if there is an emergency and you can't get out. We……

They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. “This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here.”

“Check in was terrible. We arrived a couple hours early. As most travelers do. We were told to leave our stuff in the lobby. I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated. The resort was empty. No reason why they couldn’t give us an early check. We even offered to pay. Bar service was not good. Walked around us for 15 mins before acknowledging us. Food was absolutely not worth the price tag. Frozen Ellios pizza for insane money. Wild. Cold wings. Best thing we had was the jerk chicken.……
