"We stayed for two nights and our room was never cleaned. I was also never reimbursed the $211 security deposit that was supposed to be returned after checkout. I’m still waiting one month later. Another major issue was that the elevators were broken during our stay. Because of this, we had to carry all of our luggage down seven flights of stairs when leaving, which was extremely inconvenient. Due to this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking here again. I would be concerned about being charged and not being reimbursed, while also having difficulty reaching anyone for assistance. Look forward to receiving my deposit from last months visit eventually. "

"Hot water pressure was very very low. Had to leave the shower running for an hour turn it off completely then turn it back on for the pressure to work. "

"Staff was amazing, we were sad to go was fancier than I was used to. So many items required room key to function but i caught on and not feeling judged by not being sure what to do was appreciated. "

"The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The only down fall was there’s only valet parking otherwise will have to pay for street parking. Overall visit was great. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the Chicago area again. :)"

"Everyone we spoke to was super nice and helpful. The hotel was busy at check in but staff moved very quickly. Room was clean and had a pretty good view of the city."

"The staff in the restaurant on Friday night did not look anyone in the eye and actually avoided eye contact. It was not extremely busy especially for the weekend that was ahead, but the service was extremly slow, not good nor was the bar staff friendly in that area. "
