“I really enjoyed my stay here. I can tell a lot of thought and care is put into the home. I was happy with the clear instructions to find the unit, the cleaning of the unit, and how well equipped the space is.”

“Very nice property, easy access to downtown and anywhere else you want to go. Nice garden. Really enjoyed my stay. Constructive feedback:4 lids that do not fit any of the pots are useless. A frying pan would be good A drying rack for dishes please.Also .more silverware ”

“It’s quaint and clean. Perfect for a couple. Easy walk to downtown Chico and Chico State University. We love staying here. ”

“So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.”

“We were just in town for a show downtown but this loft was a perfect distance from that for us to have a peaceful rest. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. Even the parking situation was idea for my large truck. ”

“I came from Utah to visit in Cali and honestly this place was so nice to stay in, very comfortable and homey. Would 10/10 recommend ”

“The host was accommodating however the room smelled and the french doors were glass where anyone could break into the room easy. We also had spiders in our bed. I think for the cleaning fee, the cleaners should do a better job. I wouldn't stay here again. ”
