“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit……

“We stayed at Illi Nuta Shinjuku. They switched us from Illi Tas Shinjuku because apparently something needed to be done on the property. At first, the communication through Expedia messaging was abit slow, hard to get reply from the property. However, I was able to contact property management by phone and they were very responsive. Once on property, check in was very smooth. We were able to email management and they responded very promptly and took care of our issues. Amongst other……

“Clean rooms, responsive staff, great facility, and location with tons of food and coffee shops around. Rooms were family friendly loved that there was a park right across the street! I would highly recommend!”

“Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.”

“The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.”
