At first, the communication through Expedia messaging was abit slow, hard to get reply from the property. However, I was able to contact property management by phone and they were very responsive. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.」

「The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.」
