“The room is very spacious with a great view and a very good onsen inside our room. Staff are also very helpful to help facilitate our late check in but it’s a little bit frustrating as email is the only way available for contacting the hotel. Food quality is average and I wish there are more diversity for our meal. I also hope to have more facilities to spend the time in hotel.”

“The hotel is kept well. The service was brilliant.”

“A satisfying hot spring hotel with spacious rooms and a stunning 180-degree view. The hotel offers three types of hot springs: open-air, private, and public. I particularly enjoyed the open-air hot spring. The breakfast was delicious with thoughtful variations each day during my two-day stay. Additionally, the hotel is well-equipped with various skincare products, and complimentary coffee and juice. A hotel worth considering for couples and families!
