I was concerned about finding the Diamondbacks game and the young lady at the front desk did everything and more to make it happen for me. Great great customer service. 「Stayed 1 night but enjoyed my stay. The room and bathroom was clean. It had all the regular amenities plus a microwave and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast options of cold or hot foodd were great. Had a nice stay and would stay again or recommend it to others traveling through Phoenix.」

「Hotel is starting to show some wear and tear - loose tile at bathtub, light out in bathtub area, and bathroom exhaust less than normal are a few examples. Large rooms and kitchen are a plus. Breakfast was excellent.」
