We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours. I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit. We had the indoor swimming pool included in our deal but unfortunately it was closed on the first day so we only managed to use it once. We went to the outdoor pool...

「The accommodation is nice and in a lovely spot but after staying in many places at lower mill it would benefit from upgradjng some things, having 2 baths and only a shower downstairs doesnt make sense and makes showering a juggle, it needs new mattresses and the pontoon needs some tidying up as its not useable for access. The accommodation is in a perfect spot and was very clean. We had a great holiday.」
