“Booked to visit the Lodge with some friends. The lodge did not disappoint one bit. Was much bigger than expected and very homely. The lodge had everything we needed and more. Lovely little kitchen for the times we cooked there. A lovely little welcome pack. Also very handy with the local takeaway options and where the local pub and shop was. We tried the Indian takeaway which was probably the best one we've ever had. Don't get me started on the local pub!! The food was incredible. Portions were……

“Fantastic lodge just needs a few little things that need doing just cosmetic”

“Kitchen well equipped and easy to prepare food. Washer dryer is useful although not mentioned on the website. Freezer was without shelves for some reason.. mentioned to staff. Some damp in the back bedroom… cold spell, heating and no wall insulation likely to be cause.Heating not working when arrived… called reception and it was resolved in a few minutes with a maintenance/site attendant sent to help immediately. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Great accommodation all round.”
