「If any issues arise during your stay, (which multiple rooms have issues) expect to be ignored or dismissed rather than helped. The lack of care, competence, and accountability from both management Ruth and reception is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, they simply cannot be trusted. I would not recommend this property based on the rude and extremely poor customer service from manager Ruth and the front desk reception team . During multiple stays, messages & calls were ignored...

「The room was immaculate, but the customer service was subpar. Although I was switched from a room that didn’t have a working TV to another one that did, nonetheless, customer service needs to be greatly improved! And the toilet which I used the flush was too weak, so I had to unclog it myself.」

「The outside of the property is beautiful, but the unit inside is very outdated and not cleaned throughly. There was mold in the bathroom shower. The appliances provided were very old and worn. We never got access to the wifi even after asking, which made it very difficult for me to work. There was no one available when I checked in, and Expedia even had a hard time getting in touch with someone. When we did get in contact with someone to cancel the reservation and get a refund, she was kind.」
