「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「We were on our way home from our 30th anniversary trip to the keys. We sat at airport all day before airline cancelled flight at 1:00 in the morning. At that point no flights, hotels, or rental cars. We were stranded in Miami with flight cancellations and no luggage. We couldn’t get a flight out for 2 days. The staff was so kind. They attempted early check in, updated our room and brought a bottle of wine to the room once we were able to check in. Loved Maxine’s. Our server Adrian was the best.」
