"The host was very accommodating and my family had a good time staying in there. The tv shelf and counters were dusty and the floor wasn’t swept properly, and the chairs had dust on them that my mom had to clean, and the remote didn’t have a battery cover. "My refuge from Hurricane Lala. The staff were great. Nothing asked was too much for them to go out of their way to help. Room was very comfortable and the only reason for not offering 5 stars was, well you know, hurricane and they really were not accessible. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of choices. I wish I could have given them 6 stars!"

"I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s clean and organized. Love that they have the water dispenser and beach towels. Toothbrush toothpaste, slippers, bag available for use. The room is big and the balcony view was awesome. Lots of storage spaces, drawers and cabinets. We returned from a long day with a clean room. It’s very convenient to shopping and food stores and right across the beach which is awesome. As far as the staff, I get they’re probably tired of the tourists asking questions but I feel that they can be friendlier and better customer service. But overall I would book here again."
