「Good location」

The bathrooms were noticeably dirty, the room had a strange, unpleasant odor, and the corridors throughout the property appeared poorly maintained. Housekeeping was disappointing, with a clear lack of attention to cleanliness...

「Great location, friendly service. Will stay next time. 」

「I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we...
