「Excellent facilities. Stayed here twice, specifically to enjoy the spa packages on offer, what a lovely way to relax. 「We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding. The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 」

「Great location close to motorway very friendly welcome 」

「A steady clean hotel away from the hustle of the city centre. The staff were super friendly, special mention to Kiran on the check in desk. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area. The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didn’t use them as I’d used a gym in the city prior to arrival. 「We stayed here as a base for a family wedding, using 5 rooms. Everyone said how good the pub was and the rooms were lovely and quiet. My husband and I had a meal on the night of arrival which was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have plenty of tea bags and milk cartons in the room instead of the usual 2. Very comfortable bed. Can’t fault it at all. Would definitely recommend over the nearby garner hotel as we dropped someone off there and it stank....

「Beautiful 」

「I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain.
