The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment. 「Excellent location. No lift to the second floor so unsuitable for elderly visitors with heavy suitcases. Nicely furnished and decent bathroom. Problem with TV remote was reported to our host but not dealt with. Would still recommend to others as overall we had a very good experience staying there.」

「Room was much larger than expected. The location was perfect, one block from all the restaurants, bars, stores and only a 5min walk to Notre Dame basilica. Very clean and quiet location. Very safe too. 3 separste code access doors makes it feel secure, even though Montreal in general is a very safe city. The property manager sent text and email with clear instructions. Made us feel right at home as we did not miss anything. Full kitchen, utensils, and even some complementary snacks. Loved it!」
