「Property was as described and host is very conscientious about road noise. Beds were comfortable and because property backed up to highway host provided sound devices that helped cancel the road noise and these worked very well. Kitchen functional and well equipped. Easy access to highway.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay. The access to the home was convenient and close to everything we needed. It was nice to see that there was a Keurig coffee maker and coffee!!! We go to Wichita every year to visit friends and family and will definitely be back again.」

「It was dirty, smelled of mold. The front room heater didn't work well. No heat in the bathroom. No pull out couch. Fridge was dirty. The host interacted with me until i told him it was a bad experience. We didnt stay for our second night. It was a bummer. My kid didnt sleep well in the cold room. 」

「Host was extremely responsive to question of porch swing, which had to be removed due to result of wind and window safety. Neighborhood was exactly as described and neighbors friendly when out walking our dog. Would definitely stay again.」

「The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate.」

「It’s everything the host describes. Small and cozy. We were in town to visit relatives. It wasn’t far from them and isn’t too far from several shopping and eating areas and of course the college. Cutely decorated with the college theme.」

「The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. 」

「Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. 」
