「We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.」

「We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down.」

「The entire motel smelled of smoke and dampness. Breakfast was bread for the toaster, two bananas, and fruit loops. Had to keep the very loud air conditioner running non stop to keep it comfortable. No maid service over two day stay. Get what you pay for」

「We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite.
