“The house was clean and very cozy. Tight quarters in the bedrooms for suitcases but we made it work. Kitchen stocked well, but we did have to call for trash bags and dishwasher detergent. We had a short visit but there were none available at all. They did deliver promptly when called. Only other complaint was we arrived about 30 minutes early after a long drive from Louisiana. We had been told check in at 4 even though house was obviously ready. I asked if we could sit in the back - my……

“Nice cozy place for a good price.”

“Overall great stay, nice home, nice fenced yard for dog to run around, host was especially nice and responsive. Will would stay again when visiting the Bham area.”

“Property was generally in good shape. Some wear and tear in some places, but nothing unusual. Great location and prompt communication from the host.”

“We had the best stay at this cute spot. It was well equipped and clean. The communication with the host was amazing. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Very nice house it does have a damp smell, but after one good home-cooked meal inside the smell was gone. Great space for the kids to sleep comfortable very nice. Neighbourhood, and the street parking was very convenient by we having a spot in front of the house. very nice neighbors overall great host. I will recommend booking this again. Next time I visit and for any anyone else I know great price.”

“The host was good with communication and helped get us switched to a second unit when the air went out at the original booking. Upon arrival the unit was not clean. The grill on the porch had so much grease on it I was afraid to use it due to it being a fire hazard. We were able to use the washing machine to clean some sheets and it made……

“It was overall a good stay. This was the original house we were booked to stay in. The heater broke prior to our stay, so the owner was willing to swap us to a different property. The owner was very prompt to answer any questions I had. The only downfall of the whole trip was that one of my family members had to sleep on the couch bed. It was not very comfortable. Overall a good trip! ”

“Our host was excellent in communicating with us. The property was great! We will book with her again when we are in the area.”

“Great location, great stay!”
