“The house was great!The host was very nice and had great communication.The house was clean and just as pictured!Parking was easy and its location was great being so close to UAB it made it much easier for me.We did hear trains on the track nearby driving & honking their horns quite often but since everything else was really nice we didn't let that bother us too much.I would definitely stay here again if im in the area & id definitely recommend staying here if your in town looking for somewhere……

Parking was on property not street, home was SUPER CLEAN, and she had a new fridge, washer and dryer, close to a Walmart, and restaurants and gas stations yet rural enough to feel like you are in a neighborhood-super quiet!!! “Stay was good; convenient location not far off of I-65. This is a townhouse in a nice quiet neighborhood. The outside deck seating area in the backyard is the best part. The townhouse itself was clean, and had most everything needed including plenty of linens. Had not issues during our stat; communication with the host was good.”

“Beautiful historic home. Lots of nice touches. Host was kind, helpful, and responded quickly. Good off-street parking next to house. Plenty of pots, pans, condiments and spices for those who plan to eat in. Very close to the airport; only about seven minutes. Overall a great experience. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Maple & Marigold and we plan on booking it for our next home visit. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The security control access and physical barriers on the doors and windows were sufficient. The interior was very modern with nice flooring throughout the property, kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, etc. The agent, Katheleen, was a delight to work with because she was exceptionally always available and quickly responsive to any questions or concerns that we……
