「Great hotel and walking distance to the mall! Friendly staff, clean and I loved the yoga and exercise props in the room!」

「good hotel in everything based on its room rate」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of convenient parking, which made coming and going very easy. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options.」

「The price varied dramatically in different calendar days. If staying a few days, no room service unless you need to find out in the front desk, like return broken dish and glass, towel needs to be replaced, no cleaning service until you leave. Good location though.」

「The facility is very nice but my family and I had a huge inconvenience during our visit. Our stay was definitely short and I wish it would have been longer until there was a power outage. The power failure shut down the in-room phone systems, we were left entirely isolated in a dark room on the 6th floor with no way to contact the front desk for updates or safety reassurance. We were forced to navigate a pitch-black bathroom and take a shower completely in the dark. Our plans to use the pool...

「Good customer service and good location 」

「The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience.」
