「We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .」

「This is my regular go to hotel when visiting Essex/London. Very easy to get to, just off the M25 and very close to Lakeside Shopping Centre. There is plenty of parking. Check in is quick. Rooms are spacious and clean with a well stocked complimentary tea tray and complimentary toiletries. Bed is comfortable and shower is great. Staff are all very nice and friendly, especially Donna, Kirsty, Jamie and Theresa who always make you feel like a friend more than a guest. Will definitely be back again...

「Though GPS directed our car to the tourist coach parking lot at the back, the hotel is just beside the motorway service centre with several restaurants in it. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station 」
