“We had a fantastic 2 night stay! Perfect location for walkability. Check in was easy. Great building, well appointed, and stocked. Recommend shower drain clean out and adding a few hangars in the closet but otherwise awesome!”

I need total darkness for restful sleep and I know a lot of people are that way. It's a smart home so lights came on and off as you entered rooms,.which was helpful because you don't have to……

“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets. “Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI……
