“Wonderful property and home! Professionally cleaned and maintained with new comfortable furniture throughout the whole house. Everything is as advertised! Our two dogs had the time of their lives playing on the beach all weekend, and the enclosed deck was PERFECT to let them roam free off leash. Firepit is perfectly placed for beautiful views late afternoon/early evening with plenty of seating available. Paddleboards were a nice treat! It's so quiet at night you can hear a pin drop on the water,……

“The property is gorgeous! I booked this specifically for the waterfall. There is also a large garden area to walk around. The stone wall in the Bedroom & Bathroom is unique & beautiful and also helps to keep the room cooler. There is a ceiling fan which we needed since it was 91 degrees when we were there. There is no A/C. The outside porch is lovely for sitting & watching the river. PLEASE read all of the instructions for check in, specifically the part for access. I had 2 VRBO for over 10……

“The cabin was impeccably clean, well appointed with cutlery, pans and utensils. The information book had clear directions to get to both of the association beaches. The host even had welcome snacks out which my kids greatly appreciated! The "shed of fun" was a huge hit with my pre-teens with basketball, foosball, ping pong and darts all available for them to play with. We had a great stay and would certainly re-book!”

The room was clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with items needed for a multiple day stay. Parking was clearly marked and the check in and check out process were very simple. “The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts.
