No apology was issued by that staff. Also hotel doesn’t provide any complementary umbrellas. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location in my room was spacious and clean. With all that said, I think your breakfast is overpriced. "

"I can't really comment on the hotel itself as I couldnt get checked in due to lacking a card (despite having already paid for the booking). I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. Absolutely atrocious way to treat anyone, let alone a guest."
