「It is a very nice hotel. I loved that it was like an apartment for me and my 3 sons. Issues: ceiling fans were full of dust which triggered everyone 's sinuses. Door kept jamming. Toilet in first bathroom clogged no one ever responded to multiple requests bought a plunger did it ourselves. Trash never got picked up. Outlets and lamps on both night stands in first bedroom did not work unless something was plugged into the outlet by the door and only the one on the left would work then. The tv in...

「The location was great. The room was average. But the bathroom was a disappointment. Smallest bathroom we've ever had in a hotel with only 1 sink & 4 people in the room but we made it work. But all in all the location made it worth it. The concierge was great & helped us book some really great tours including the Natchez steam boat & a walking ghost tour. Both were fantastic!」

「The staff is good. Breakfast and Mgr Reception very nice, though we never once saw the mgr. I was disappointed in the noise level outside in the street but also inside the hotel at night after 10, 11 and even after midnight. I always struggle to sleep on vacation but this one was really hard. That being said, absolutely loved the balcony and the proximity to everywhere we wanted go. 」
