“I was so happy with this guesthouse. It was perfect for our family of 5! Hostess and host were extremely welcoming and attentive to all of our needs. Additionally, it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed!The amenities were top notch with a pack n play, high chair, washer/dryer (huge plus for us!), and thoughtfully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We weren’t missing anything and honestly felt right at home.”

“We were disappointed in this tiny home. We had trouble checking in & called the property manager three times with no answer, nor did they ever call back or text to make sure we were able to check in successfully. The plumbing was terrible. The toilet barely flushed & the shower water pressure & hot water didn’t really work. We almost called for maintenance help but knew we wouldn’t get a response. The window blinds & baseboards & lineoleum on the walls were broken. The “decor” was frumpy &……

“Very soothing little oasis outside Mancos. Nicely appointed, quiet, with lovely, lush green surroundings. Felt very private. An easy, short drive to Mesa Verde. My singular complaint is that it needs better pillows, but that's such a minor issue. ”

“Beautiful home, gave us everything we needed and more. Communication with host was timely and helpful. We enjoyed everything about the place both inside and outside. The price was very reasonable for the excellence we received. Would recommend, and would love to stay there again for an even longer stay. Thank you!”

“Very clean well done cottages. We’ve stayed there 3 times. The location is very lovely. Our only minor complaint was we were asked mot particularly politely to wash the dishes and put out the trash. There were very few dishes so it was not a big deal. It just made our visit not quite as nice.”
