「We loved this location. It was easy to get around the city and easy to get away. Walk a couple of blocks and you feel like your in the suburbs or a few blocks and your at Union station. The rooms were very clean comfortable and safe. We would highly recommend it.」

「Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything...

The shuffleboard table and outdoor spaces kept us busy. The parking lot (customer pay) is very convenient and a lot of scooters are available on the street. Great stay!」

「Location, Location, Location! This property was in the perfect place to celebrate a guys 50th getaway! Great bars and restaurants all within blocks and just our luck the Denver Oktoberfest festival was on our street so we got to enjoy that or just hang out on the rooftop and relax! Would definitely recommend this property. The only minor negative was only 2 bathrooms for 10 people. 」

「We loved the space. View of downtown from the deck and view of mountains from the rooftop. Full kitchen, comfy beds, heated toilet seats and laundry. Walkable to several restaurants, etc. Would stay again! 」
