Stat at Laterra

I absolutely loved the resort itself; i felt very safe and comfortable. I was not impressed with the actual room I rented. It could have been cleaner; no windows and no screen on patio door to get fresh air; patio was fine except it’s in dire need of a power wash to clean it up. I will definitely stay at Laterra again, but in a different room.

MISERABLE. ROOM WAS LIKE A STORAGE UNIT.

THE BED WAS LUMPY AND UNCOMFORTABLE. NO WINDOWS (ADDITIONALLY IT DID NOT LOCK). A DOOR THAT OPENED TO A SMALL PATIO WITH NO PRIVACY. THE POOL WAS UNDER REPAIR FOR THE WHOLE STAY. THE GYM WAS NOT OPEN. NO TABLE AND CHAIRS. TO SAY THE LEAST IT WAS BY FAR WE EVER STAYED INCLUDING MOTELS

Spa Like Get A Way

Ed was all about communication at the start of our month long stay. Reviewed the check in process for both the 24 hr. manned gate and where to access the lock box for our key and access fob. The room and patio were great. Just the right size for the 2 of us. You could sit on the patio and the pool fountains would make a zen background murmur. Inside the room was so quiet that we found ourselves over sleeping unless we set an alarm. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if the opportunity presents itself. Ed was a great host.
