When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”

“On first appearances (photos on the net, etc.), it’s easy to mistake this all-inclusive hotel/small resort overlooking Castries for a fairly modest property. But it punches well above its weight class. The pools and pool decks are lovely, the grounds are immaculately well-kept (complete with organic farm sloping down from the lower pool), the food is good, the drinks flow freely, the rooms are clean and up-to-date, everything works, and – above all else – the staff are absolutely wonderful.……

“The room,as usual was clean with great detail. Special touches were added by the cleaning staff like, a welcome note, flowers throughout the room and little notes on how to get the best out of your stay. I always look forward to seeing the housekeeping staff,as they are very frienly and service oriented. ”

“Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”
