"We had a wonderful week, based at Jessamine cottage, with helpful communication from the owner.Everything that we needed was provided, as well as a very generous welcome hamper. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, and in a good quiet location.We used the walking leaflets and books for inspiration. "Family room was good size and well maintained. Maybe shower could benefit a deeper clean but overall very satisfied. Breakfast was fantastic and even better that it was included in standard rate"

"We booked a large room and got upgraded. This hotel is sort of like a castle. High ceilings and we had nice view of the forest. We didn't use the spa or restaurant, but they looked good. Staff were very helpful. They had a lift, but we were on the main floor anyway. Plenty of parking."

"We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for just one night but the staff at reception were extremely helpful with their recommendations for bars and restaurants and the bar staff made us some delicious cocktails. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location with M&S just over the road. We would definitely stay again."

"We were in a room set up for people in wheelchairs, which was super spacious but the sink was so small and low that it was hard to use. The pool was nice and warm but the ladies changing room was out of service and that meant we had to go back to our room to use the toilet. There’s no restaurant but the location is fantastic and close to everything. Breakfast was so so."
