「Pleasantly surprised at the size of the premium room with amenities and even 2 bottles of drinking water plus room slippers! Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Very convenient location to train station and T2.」

「We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs. Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels. Lots of parking spaces. The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.」

「Room did not match the photos The beds were that close together there was so room to put your legs out The headboard didn’t match the beds so your head hit the wall The bed hand a duvet under the sheet but not the whole way so there was a dip at the top of the bed. 「前台服務員專業有禮，特别是 Nathan 表現親切。但房間的 整潔程度需要改善，被安排一間壞了空調的房間，不能提供房間更換，只退回20%房費及送兩杯飲品作補償(酒店的回贈還算合理)， 另外一提: 早餐廳部份服務員禮貌及態度極需要改善。但我們是希望有個好的住宿體驗，但今次未能達到。」
