“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“Lovely condo in a well maintained complex. The location was ideal for us to explore Lake Tahoe from a quiet setting. We appreciated being able to walk to the restaurants within the complex for dinner rather than heading out again in the dark on unfamiliar mountain roads. The only problem we experienced was the lack of heat when we arrived. It was at 54 degrees and took 6 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. “This place was very nice and clean, and our family truly enjoyed our stay. The lake view was excellent. It is clear that the property has been recently remodeled—both the appliances and bathrooms are new. In addition, the living room is unique and provides a very comfortable and welcoming environment.
