"Good location if anyone wants be close to actions. Huge hotel with a lot of room & group tourists (can be noisy). Property is dated, and initial cleaning wasn’t good (dust everywhere; had to wipe on my own before settling in) "

"Staff at counter not welcoming nor friendly. Breakfast average at best. They don’t advise about welcoming drinks when you check in. You have to find out for yourself. "

"There is a guest lounge with beverages in the lobby free to use. The rooms were new and airy. Great location. Overall an excellent place to stay. "

"The air conditioning worked well and we were glad that the panel included English! It was cold outside so it wouldn't get too cold. I did notice that the water temperature from the shower in the room fluctuated quite a bit. There is a Lawson at the corner and its a pretty straight walk to the Shin Osaka station close to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line."
