“Great hotel for Northampton ”

“Suitable location for us, well renovated, clean, spacious rooms”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“We had a wonderful stay , they met us took us to our room. They were very informative regarding directions as we were there for F1. Breakfast was amazing, location was beautiful. Will definitely go back.”

“Nice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments we’ve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, there’s no lift. Room was ok, though a ‘standard’ double, not a queen / king. There’s no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. ”

“The tub is hard to get in and the plastic door above the tub is uneasy to shut, therefore it leaks. The condition is excellent.”
