“Un lugar muy lindo con unas playas hermosas y sus paisajes de ensueño.”

“At check in they were trying to give me a king bed even though I booked two queens traveling with a friend. The rate was a deluxe ocean which should say mostly pool view and partial ocean. Then the room flooded late at night from the rain and was in puddles all over the entire floor and on our beds. They tried to push back on finding a room and gave me a room with a worse view. They told me to speak with the manager on compensation and when I did she said she had no notes and wouldn’t do……

“Pool was cold, furniture dated and food quality for room service is poor”

“Noisy by traffic during the night in the road side room”

“地点距离我的会议中心有点远，打车很不方便，员工没有很友善”

“I asked for clean sheets on the first day, their ac is outdated and the rooms feel humid, I would never come back, some staff in the restaurant could be really rude (Luis) however some can be really kind and helpful. In general, if you look like their ideal customer, you might not get the all-star service. They really prioritize a certain kind of customer and don't treat all customers the same. The hotel itself is nice; it is an older property. The beach is very nice.”

“Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Good location for Costco, Walmart/Soryiana shopping.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves. This was both of our first stays at an all inclusive resort and we liked how easy it was. The pools were awesome, I loved how there were 3 + the VIP pool that we got access to with staying in the suite. Honestly the photos do not do us justice. The only reason we stayed here was due to the wedding, we would’ve picked a different place based on the photos alone, but it’s actually gorgeous in person. The cliff side location is……

“This is an amazing resort, super clean, helpful stuff, beautiful views! It's great to relax at this place - But 3 things that we did not like A) absolutely zero entertainment, not even a piano bar in the eve, there is nothing to do and it's too far from everything to go have fun in the evening. After few days it becomes very boring B) complete absence of the beach, I mean you can't even wet your feet in the ocean C) continental breakfast is just a fruit bowl, juice, cookie and coffee..I mean……

“Close to everything”

“Better to allow uber car in to the lobby aera”

“Great property. on a smaller side.. though provided a very intimate setting for our stay.”

“房间里的设施太陈旧，淋浴花洒太差了。早餐太差，连最基本的面包都不供应。刚住的时候换了两次房，一次卫生间水池坏的，一次晚上噪音吵到半夜3点，最后换了个房间总算不吵了。性价比太差了，还不如住更便宜的。完全对不起万豪这个品牌。”

“泳池很不错，孩子们玩得很开心”

“Clean rooms and nice service and people.”

“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and……
