"We are totally impressed with this VRBO rental. First impression was an “oh my this is beautiful “. Then the inside was even nicer. The attention to detail was impressive. The towels etc. displayed on each bed, the dog biscuits for our pets, all the little details in the decor were something we’ve never encountered in our travels. This unique rental will be a keeper for my family in the future."

We had an unfortunate incident beyond anyone’s control and needed to vacate sooner than expected; however, the owners were so amazing and accommodated our needs. "My grandson and I stayed in The Glick for six nights so that he could attend kayak camp just a few blocks away at the harbor (which we also highly recommend). The apartment looked nice online, but it was even better than it appeared.First, it was very spacious. It has a full kitchen, which not all rental apartments have. "Quaint little boutique hotel. Bed comfortable, good shower, quiet. When I arrived there was no staff there. They left a key on the counter with instructions. Front door stays open night and day which is highly unusual. Quiet town so I wasn’t too worried. Good dead bolt on bedroom door so felt safe."

"We had a great time fishing and exploring the Eastern Shore and Virginia Beach. The cabin was beautiful and secluded. We really enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing every evening. There were plenty of deer, bunnies, birds, and crabs to keep us company. Our dog loved playing frisbee and taking walks in the evening. There are lots of fun things to do in the area if you love the outdoors. If you don't mind a little longer drive, Virginia Beach is a great day trip with lots of nice beaches."

"Place is nice and big. It’s in a quiet town which is what we were looking for. The place has well water but when you turn it on it smells like straight rotten eggs. It was definitely hard to shower because that’s all you can smell. During our stay we had some electrical issues but the owner was very attentive to it. Just wish it was caught before our stay. Overall we had a nice stay!"

Walkable Beach Retreat on Chesapeake Bay!

"Such a great place to stay! Very equipped cottage. We rented a golf cart to get us around the island. Beach is walkable and the cottage has some chairs sand toys and umbrellas you can borrow. Caretaker Fran stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed too which was great. All the locals are super friendly and very welcoming. We will be back next summer for sure. Thank you"

BEACH COTTAGE BY THE SEA....

10/10 Excellent

"The host was excellent at communication. It was our first time with the baby; everything was clean, and I could even do floor (tummy) time with the baby. Also, the private beach on the property was a gem as well! Kayaks were also used, and they were very sturdy and good too. This property was good for viewing sunrises and wildlife. For July 4, it was perfect because it was quiet. I want to stay there again."
