“Wonderful place, staff, food and beach!”

“The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.”

“Had a fabulous time. Breakfast every day was great. Room super clean and quiet even though it was on the street side. Most comfortable bed I've ever had in Mexico.”

“We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. Always a cool breeze that helped beat the heat during……

“La habitación era muy amplia y cumplía con lo necesario. La cama mas cercana al balcón rechinaba mucho y cerca de la puerta, el techo y pared no tenían recubrimiento. Lupi en la recepción fue genial.”

“We enjoyed a drink on the patio, staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart from the hotel. It’s a great way to see the island. Room was clean and property was beautiful. ”

“Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. ”

“Stayed for 4 nights the room as microwave, coffee machine and fridge the also supply 2 plastic utensils of each also 2 plates, cups and bowls as a nice deck a little table with 2 chairs the wifi works well and the place is super clean the water pressure is not strong and it takes a while for the hot water in the shower to show up I only used hot water when taking a shower and it wasn’t that hot.”
