"As a disabled veteran, I was charged for my service animal. It’s strange because I traveled to Jackson and stayed at this hotel for the last 2 months for work and was never charged before. If you have a service animal, I would not stay here. It’s a shame that they will be losing out on 3 more months of my business. "

"The pool was closed. We booked this hotel based on location and pool. We had a long day of driving and wanted to give our children swim time to burn energy. At no point were we notified the pool would have been closed. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good as well. "

"When we folded out the couch to make up the bed for my son, there was still a crumb-covered, dirty fitted sheet on the bed and there were wrappers and a dirty pillowcase on the floor inside the couch. The couch mattress also still had firm plastic wrapped around it that was noisy when my son tried to sleep. The bathroom did not have surfaces to hang or set things on, which was very difficult for four of us with toiletry bags and clothing we needed to hang up while taking a shower. A few hooks or a countertop / shelf that could hold items would have been very helpful. Also, we were given an accessible room, and when we flipped on a light switch upon arrival, it set off a deafening alarm. I'm sure it was some kind of safety feature for the room, but the switch wasn't labeled in any way and was located inside the door to the room, so it was very frightening."

"My stay was absolutely relaxing and peaceful. The staff was exceptional and my room was very clean. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. I will definitely recommend/refer you to my family and friends whenever they travel to Jackson and are needing to book a hotel. Whenever I need to get away and need a change of scenery, I will book my stay with you again!"
