"A great hotel with friendly helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were modern and clean and the location very central but quiet. We would definitely stay again. "

"Excellent setup in hotel with super comfortable beds, free coffee and such with large lounge for working and relaxing, and easily available free sundries. Only comment, and it did not affect my stay, is a couple of items related to a drywall patch and cracked shower floor tile that will require some TLC in the future. Recommend this hotel for anyone."
"Great hotel and in a great place in London. We loved staying there and had access to many touristy sites in the city. Only downsides were it’s a bit pricey and room was small, at least by American standards!!"
"This hotel is excellent! The room is very good, but the customer service is nothing short of amazing. Staff member Phil helped park our car and staff member Viza helped escort us all the way to Chinatown when we said we wanted to head there for dinner. Really friendly and attentive staff. Kudos "
