"The check in and check out was quick and easy. I was offered an upgrade for adding charge and I accept it. The room was spacious, well maintained and comfortable and modern. There are great restaurants on premises and excellent service. Location was perfect. "

"Location, location, location! The hotel is a block from Trafalgar square and walkable to many of the key sites. It's walkable to shopping, restaurants, buses, the tube, hop on and hop off buses. The staff is very friendly and provided great suggestions to restaurants and sites to see. The hotel is very clean and has a washing machine at no charge for guests to use. I would definitely stay again at the hotel for my next trip to London."

"This was a great stay in the heart of London. We were very close to food and shopping. The streets outside came alive at night, but the room stayed fairly quiet. The room was very clean and updated. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was a bit smaller than we thought, but that was to be expected considering the location. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful! "

"The hotel is convenient to museums, shopping and restaurants. We walked to most of our sight-seeing stops and took advantage of the convenient tube stop for our other transportation needs. The room was comfortable. "
