"London perfection! We stayed as a family of 4 in a city view room. We loved having the windows to look at the Portrait Gallery & surrounding streets. The room was immaculately clean. Space allotment was fantastic for 4 of us. Location is walkable to a good portion of the sites, if not there are at least 3 tube stations nearby that we could easily get to. Staff was friendly & helpful every time we popped in with a question. "

" I was unaware that they charge $15 per bag to store your luggage. Completely ruined our last day as we were a family of four with two bags each."

"The hotel was in a great location for using public transport and had very clean rooms. The only downside we had was that our room was super warm on the evening and we couldn't open the window and there was no temperature control for the room that we could see. Aside from that we had a great experience staying here for the 1 night!"

"The only issue is it lacks working space for business travellers as all the tables are too low down and many people have given the same feedback. Otherwise its location is great, quality hotel for the price and staff are very amenable. Rooms are on quiet carpeted corridors and very spacious and new with everything you need."
